Hello, my name is Clayton Creasy, President and founder of American SERVCO Imaging Systems, Inc., and I would like to thank you for visiting our website.

Please allow me a moment to give you a little background on my history and that of American SERVCO Imaging Systems, Inc.

I was first introduced into the office products world in 1984, when I started out selling IBM Typewriters (yes typewriter’s, remember those). This was at a time when IBM was just moving into the desktop world with the Personal Computer XT and AT models. Remember the days with DOS and hard drives that were only 10 or 20 megabytes each?

In the mid to late eighties, facsimile equipment was starting to be introduced and by the mid to late nineties we were starting to see Multi-Function Printer’s get introduced into the copier and printer markets.

After selling typewriters and fax machines for several years, I went into sales management and after about 4 years I was ready to venture out on my own. In 1991 “Source One Office Products” was introduced as a sales and service company for typewriters and fax machines. During this period of time, I was introduced to Carlos Sosa, who was the owner of MCS Electronics located in Montclair, Ca. Mr. Sosa’s background was as a service technician for IBM Corporation with multiple certifications for personal computers, electronics, typewriters and copiers.

In 1996, Mr. Sosa and I decided to merge “Source One Office Products” and “MCS Electronics” into one company. It was a good fit to merge the two companies together since both were service companies, and the owners had different backgrounds; one being a Salesman, and the other being an experienced Service Technician. Hence, American SERVCO Imaging Systems was born. In 2004, American SERVCO Imaging Systems was incorporated in the State of California and has remained a California Corporation to this date.

Today, American SERVCO Imaging Systems, Inc. is a Certified Channel Reseller for all Sharp Imaging Products. We also provide Copiers, Printers & Facsimile equipment from Sharp, Ricoh, Samsung, Kyocera and Copystar along with the requisite expertise to incorporate these products into your office network.

At American Servco, our goal is to provide you with the best possible service for your office equipment at very competitive rates. Of course, rates are important to consider, but response time also counts. That is why we provide same day service and always strive to meet your needs within four (4) working hours.
